The plumbers and electricians should be finished by the end of this week (let&#8217;s hope!), therefore, Andrew said we need to decide on our wall coverings.  Where is tile going vs. paint, or wall coverings vs. tile?  The best wall coverings I have seen are from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.phillipjeffries.com\/wallcoverings.asp\" target=\"_blank\">Phillip-Jeffries<\/a>. You can view samples in Dallas at their showroom or you can order these online.  Since wallpaper is making a comeback, I think these would be great options for a bathroom or study.
